This certificate program equips students with crucial knowledge for careers in international relations while laying the groundwork for advanced academic pursuits. The curriculum covers key international players, organizations, their viewpoints, and global matters.
Both degree-seeking and extended education students can earn certificates by completing structured programs that:
develop specific professional/vocational skills, or
achieve comprehensive understanding of an academic subfield, or
explore diverse content within traditional or new interdisciplinary areas.
Some programs include 600-level courses that undergraduates cannot take. Participants must complete at least two-thirds of certificate credits at the university. Credit transfers or course substitutions require approval from campus officials.
