The Linguistics department provides an undergraduate major with specializations in Translation Studies and TESOL, along with a Linguistics minor. Students can also pursue majors and minors in ASLD, including an ASL-English Interpreting track, as well as a TESOL minor and certificate program. At the graduate level, the MA program features four concentrations: TESOL, General Linguistics, Language and Culture, and a Special Option. This curriculum caters to both students aiming for advanced graduate work and those completing their final degree. The program integrates theoretical and practical linguistics approaches, incorporating insights from multiple disciplines. The MA includes three primary tracks and one specialization: General Linguistics, Language and Culture, TESOL, and a Special Concentration.
