The Civil Engineering Program aims to equip students with essential technical tools and skills for success in the profession while emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning. Graduates of the program become: Contributors to complex engineering projects through application of fundamental science and engineering design principles; Pioneers pursuing advanced degrees and ongoing education; Professional engineers; and Leaders and managers within the engineering field.
Have graduated from high school, have earned a Certificate of General Education Development (GED) or have passed the California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE);
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): Minimum score (Paper: 500, iBT: 61)
IELTS: Minimum score of 5.5 in each sub-section
Pearson Test of English: Minimum score of 43
Freshman application deadline: November 30
