The School of Music provides a Master of Music degree in performance with specializations in choral, wind, or orchestral conducting. Each program features an in-depth curriculum covering repertoire, history, score analysis, and personalized conducting instruction. Alumni of the conducting program frequently secure positions at community colleges across the U.S. or advance to prestigious doctoral programs. The Master of Music includes two focus areas: theory/composition and performance. Qualification Requirements

You are eligible to apply as a graduate student if you have earned a degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree.
You must have completed a four-year college course of study and hold an acceptable baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association or an equivalent academic preparation before enrollment in the program.
Be in good academic standing at the last college or university attended.
