The Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies caters to students who: seek a humanities-based undergraduate education centered on religion as preparation for advanced studies in fields like education, law, public policy, social services, counseling, and public administration, aim to pursue graduate work in religion for teaching and/or research purposes, or are exploring vocations in religious ministry or education. The program offers fresh perspectives on global understanding, innovative analytical approaches, and refined skills for interpreting religious texts, doctrines, and traditions. Through collaboration with peers and external communities, students develop clear thinking, articulate communication, sophisticated research capabilities for complex topics, and the ability to engage with others empathetically and respectfully.
