The Bachelor of Arts program features three specialization tracks: Art Studio provides intimate class sizes with personalized guidance and spacious, fully-equipped studio spaces complete with a digital lab and metalworking area. Art History enables students to explore global visual traditions, spanning from ancient cave paintings to contemporary artistic creations. Art Education equips future educators with the skills to teach art from kindergarten through high school and fulfills requirements for California's fifth-year teaching credential.
Our comprehensive resources feature metal casting facilities, pottery studios, printmaking workshops, darkrooms, film production spaces, exhibition areas, and additional specialized equipment. Undergraduate students gain practical training across various mediums including digital design, traditional painting techniques, three-dimensional fabrication, pottery, photographic arts, cinematography, and other selected fields.
