The Contemplative Studies concentration explores the philosophical, psychological, and scientific foundations of human contemplative practices. Through interdisciplinary studies in humanities and sciences, students examine how cultural, historical, and scientific factors shape contemplative experiences across religious traditions, artistic expressions, and literary works. This academic perspective combines with hands-on practice of contemplative methods, fostering a comprehensive understanding of how contemplative practices influence both societies and individuals.
