The Honors Program across all CLPS Department concentrations offers undergraduates a unique chance to conduct faculty-guided research. We highly advise students to collaborate with their faculty sponsor to design the research project by or before their sixth semester. This timeline enables both parties to arrange summer research activities or preparatory reading lists. Students must submit an honors application to their Concentration Advisor (or Psychology Honors Advisor) for early seventh-semester approval. The research must conclude with an honors thesis and final oral presentation during the eighth semester. This program helps students build research expertise while giving exceptional seniors the chance to graduate with Honors. We strongly urge eligible A.B. and Sc.B. concentrators to explore this opportunity.
