The Architecture specialization enables students to gain comprehensive knowledge of principles and techniques involved in designing structures, outdoor spaces, and urban areas. This program was carefully designed to integrate architectural studies deeply with liberal arts while fostering heightened consciousness about worldwide ecological, societal, and financial concerns in constructed spaces. Such educational methodology for future architects and city planners aims to equip them with essential skills required in our modern interconnected urban world. Graduates following a designated pathway may qualify for advanced placement into a two-year Master of Architecture degree at RISD or other leading architecture institutions.
