The Master of Fine Arts in art provides specialized training across various disciplines including digital art, drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, and sculpture, guided by globally recognized faculty. This program draws a diverse cohort of students, from established gallery-represented artists to emerging talents selected for their potential. Participants enjoy access to premium facilities such as private studios with natural lighting, advanced digital labs, comprehensive printmaking equipment, and dedicated project spaces. The program culminates in a major thesis exhibition hosted at renowned Manhattan and Brooklyn galleries.
Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. Transcripts must reflect at least 36 credits in studio art and art history courses, including a well-balanced distribution of credits in studio art that may include 2D, 3D, digital art, time-based media, or performance acceptable to the Art Department. Applicants who earned a bachelor’s degree outside the United States need to submit a course-by-course international transcript evaluation.
