The Department of Exercise Sciences honors the human body as divine and aims to enhance physical and spiritual well-being through acquiring, developing, and sharing expertise in human movement, injury recovery, and health optimization, while seeking heavenly guidance for our work.
Our graduate programs create an environment where expanded learning and hands-on training equip students to emerge as influential figures in their careers, family lives, local communities, and global spheres. Educational methods include classroom teaching, lab sessions, discussion groups, assessments, self-directed projects, investigative studies, and instructional opportunities. Beyond collaborating with departmental professors, graduate scholars can pursue interdisciplinary studies with nutrition science experts on subjects relevant to exercise science.
