The Executive MBA program offers a demanding general management curriculum tailored for working professionals. This program is ideal for managers and professionals with a minimum of five years of full-time leadership experience, featuring coursework comparable to the full-time MBA while incorporating participants' real-world expertise. The Executive MBA provides a broad-based degree without specialized functional concentrations.

At BYU Marriott, the Executive MBA aims to develop well-rounded leaders by nurturing three key dimensions: intellect, character, and values.

Participants first establish a strong foundation in essential business principles through core coursework. In their second year, they can personalize their learning by choosing electives that align with their career goals or personal interests. The program culminates with a mandatory international business trip in May, offering destinations across Asia, Europe, or India and the Middle East.

The BYU Marriott EMBA broadens students' global perspective through multiple avenues: connecting with an extensive alumni network, experiencing diverse business environments and cultures abroad, and collaborating with peers throughout the program. These experiences equip graduates with vital competencies for success in an increasingly interconnected business world and global community.
