The Medical Laboratory Science program offers comprehensive training for students pursuing careers in diagnostic laboratories or healthcare environments. Graduates meet the requirements to take professional certification exams upon completing the program.
Students initially enroll as Pre-MLS majors and gain admission to the program during their Junior year. The curriculum includes two semesters of rigorous coursework followed by a six-month clinical internship. This NAACLS-accredited program prepares graduates to qualify for national certification examinations in medical laboratory science.
