The ecology and evolutionary biology concentration examines how living beings interact with and evolve within their surroundings. This program provides core understanding of both individual organisms and their shared ecosystems, equipping students for careers as scientists, lab technicians, field ecologists, or natural resource professionals. Introductory coursework in research methods begins in your first year, with opportunities to expand through laboratory work, independent studies, and summer research projects.
