Our MS in Human Physiology program allows you to focus your research and studies in a specific specialization area. The curriculum features two concentration options to match your academic goals: Research or Accelerated. The Accelerated Track is especially appealing for students aiming to strengthen their qualifications for medical, dental, physician assistant, or other clinical healthcare programs. Designed for completion within one year of full-time study, this track lets students tailor their program with a focus on either physiology or neurosciences. This specialization is achieved through 12 additional credits chosen from basic or clinical specialization areas and/or electives, which may include relevant courses across departments or colleges that align with your professional aspirations.
Accelerated: Involves a critical literature review and can be finished in one year (33 credits)

Transcript verification that the following prerequisite coursework has been completed at the college level:
Biology (3-4 credits with lab) One course of general or cellular biology.
Human Anatomy (3-4 credits with lab) When anatomy and physiology are taken as a combined course, two semesters are necessary to meet this requirement.
To verify completion of prerequisite courses and a bachelor's degree, submit transcripts to ATCAS using the Transcript Request Form. I
Three letters of recommendation are required – one from a faculty member or college advisor.
