The Animal Physiology graduate program offers an interdisciplinary Master of Science in Agricultural Life Sciences with an Animal Physiology focus, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Life Sciences specializing in Animal Physiology. Courses are drawn from multiple departments such as Animal and Dairy Sciences, Basic Science (College of Veterinary Medicine), Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Biological Sciences, Entomology and Plant Pathology, Poultry Science, and Wildlife, Fisheries and Aquaculture. Each student collaborates with their major professor to design a customized study plan, which must be approved by their graduate committee. Course selections are tailored to individual student requirements. A select number of assistantships are offered to eligible candidates.
