The Master of Education (EdM) in Early Childhood Education at Boston University's Wheelock College of Education & Human Development prepares future educators to work with young children (ages 3-8) in various learning environments. You'll develop skills to create inclusive curricula, foster social-emotional development, and build culturally responsive classrooms that honor each child's background.
This master's program provides four specialized tracks, allowing you to choose the path that best matches your professional aspirations. Optional teacher licensure is available. Throughout your studies, you'll receive personalized guidance from faculty advisors to maximize your BU Wheelock experience. The program offers evening classes with full-time or part-time enrollment options for greater flexibility.
