The MBA/MPH dual degree program offers a unique perspective on the interplay between social, economic, cultural, political, behavioral, and environmental influences on public health, while equipping students with advanced business and management expertise. Graduates emerge with both degrees, prepared to take on leadership positions in public health.
This carefully structured program delivers thorough training in public health fundamentals with a focus on conceptual understanding and practical skills, complemented by specialized management education.
Spanning two years of full-time study, the 82-credit curriculum is split between the School of Public Health and Questrom School of Business, requiring at least 40 credits completed at SPH. Detailed program requirements can be found in the BU Bulletin.
Students pay a single full-time tuition rate annually while pursuing both degrees, with summer courses billed per credit hour.
