Boston University's School of Law provides eligible JD students with a pathway to obtain an LLM in Taxation through six semesters of coursework. This accelerated program is specifically designed for law students who commit to specializing in tax law during their second year. To qualify for the LLM degree, participants must complete 24 credits in approved Tax Courses while maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA across these specialized courses.

Have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, or be enrolled in a course of study that will result in the award of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university before you commence study at BU Law.

A current resume is required of all applicants. The resume should reflect all full-time and part-time employment, both paid and unpaid, and all extracurricular activities and honors.
