The combined BS/MS-SLP program caters to driven, high-achieving students committed to pursuing speech-language pathology careers, enabling them to earn both an undergraduate degree in speech, language, and hearing sciences (SLHS) and a master's in speech-language pathology (SLP) in a condensed timeframe compared to the traditional six-year path.
Bachelor's-to-Master's Programs connect undergraduate and graduate studies, granting degrees consecutively. The BS/MS-SLP option permits undergraduates to enroll in graduate-level (MS-SLP) coursework, with up to 8 applicable units counting toward both degrees, provided they're at the 500-level or higher.
Prospective students must apply to these accelerated programs before completing their bachelor's degree. Eligible SLHS undergraduates can submit applications during their junior year fall semester. Participants will complete a minimum of 167 total units - 128 exclusively for the BS degree and 39 as graduate students pursuing the MS-SLP.
