The Department of Environmental Science provides three Master's degree pathways. Students holding a Bachelor of Science can pursue a Master of Science in Environmental Studies, while those with a Bachelor of Arts may choose between a Master of Environmental Studies (with thesis) or a non-thesis option. Qualified candidates may receive financial support including stipends and full tuition waivers. Exceptional applicants can obtain supplemental funding through the Graduate School's stipend enhancement program. Teaching positions are frequently offered to graduate students. Environmental Science graduate students benefit from cutting-edge equipment and lab spaces in both the Baylor Sciences Building and Goebel building. Diverse interdisciplinary research opportunities exist under faculty guidance.
