The planet's future hangs in the balance: we must rethink traditional approaches. Worldwide, communities confront severe threats to their natural environments, with devastating impacts on public health and quality of life. The interconnected crises of hazardous contamination, species extinction, and global warming jeopardize our essential systems for nourishment, hydration, healthcare, and power, exacerbating societal and financial disparities.

Clark University embraces these complex issues - they fuel our innovation and determination. Our Master of Science in Environmental Science & Policy provides the expertise and tools to drive meaningful change.

This program trains you to implement fair, sustainable solutions through hands-on teamwork. Students gain experience by partnering with communities disproportionately affected by environmental and social injustices. Combining scientific rigor with practical application, you'll master how to synthesize varied knowledge systems, build impactful alliances, and transform institutional frameworks.

STEM-Certified Program. International graduates with this MS degree could qualify for 36 months of US employment through Optional Practical Training (OPT).
