The Criminal Practice Professional Track offers students comprehensive training in essential concepts and skills for criminal law careers. By selecting this track, students gain a solid grounding to launch their professional journey in criminal law. The curriculum extends far beyond the mandatory Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure courses. Participants develop practical knowledge of crucial yet frequently overlooked aspects of criminal practice, such as plea negotiations, sentencing processes, appeals, and habeas corpus proceedings.
