Ball State's Hospitality Innovation and Leadership program offers you the opportunity to study from faculty, staff, and industry experts with years of service in event planning, food and beverage management, and hotel management in a very practical and applied way. Students learn how to be leaders in a diverse, ever-changing, and trending industry.
The student-run and operated restaurant Allgre is a fine dining experience. Students learn to be highly-skilled managers/entrepreneurs in the hospitality aspects of running a restaurant. They also gain practical experience in the Maplewood Mansion Learning Lab. This vital and experiential learning environment provides hands-on and practical application of coursework in a real workplace setting. Students will be versed in the tools of the trade in this well-rounded program.
