Our four-year environmental design program offers a robust, design-centric curriculum that explores and engages with constructed spaces. Ideal for those seeking architecture-adjacent careers without pursuing licensure, this major provides a solid foundation. For students aiming for professional architectural certification, we recommend our bachelor's or master of architecture degrees. The program includes diverse elective options across architecture and related fields. This 126-credit degree is available as either a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA), with the BA requiring two years (or equivalent) of foreign language study.
