Ball State's chemistry program equips you for a dynamic career in industrial or government labs, or advanced studies in graduate or professional programs. Through this major and undergraduate research, you'll earn certification from the Department of Chemistry chair, meeting the American Chemical Society's rigorous professional training standards. This chemistry track leads to an ACS-approved bachelor's degree (BA/BS). Graduates receive ACS certification, verifying completion of their comprehensive chemistry curriculum. You should apply as a freshman undergraduate student if:
you have completed or will complete high school or secondary school before the semester you apply to start
you have not attended a university, college, or other postsecondary institution
you wish to earn a bachelor’s degree

Dates and Deadlines - International Admissions must receive all your application materials by these dates for consideration for a specific term
