If you're interested in applied behavior analysis (ABA), now is an ideal time to get involved. Perhaps you're a professional from another field contemplating a career shift. Maybe you're already working in an ABA entry-level role. Or you might simply be intrigued by the science behind learning and behavior. Regardless of your background, this is the perfect moment to help meet the increasing demand for ABA-certified professionals through Ball State's bachelor's program in applied behavior analysis with a focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD). ABA principles have diverse applications and have proven particularly effective in supporting individuals with ASD and other developmental challenges. This field focuses on applying evidence-based methods to create meaningful improvements in socially important behaviors for people of all ages. Through this program, you'll gain skills to assist both children and adults in managing behaviors, resolving social challenges, and improving relationships with family members and community connections.
