In just nine months, you'll master the skills to lead sustainable, responsible, and innovative real estate development initiatives. With small class sizes, collaborative team learning, and personalized guidance throughout, your W. P. Carey journey is tailored specifically to you. MRED students engage in hands-on group projects centered on real estate development within a cooperative classroom setting. The curriculum teaches you to analyze and solve for the physical, legal, economic, political, and financial aspects of property development.

This interdisciplinary program is a joint effort between the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, the Herberger Institute for Design and Arts, and the Del E. Webb School of Construction.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must fulfill the requirements of both the Graduate College and the W. P. Carey School of Business.
Applicants are eligible to apply to the program if they have earned a bachelor's or master's degree, in any field, from a regionally accredited institution.
Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = A) in the last 60 hours of their first bachelor's degree program, or applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = A) in an applicable master's degree program.
