The doctoral program in educational policy and evaluation equips scholars to perform thorough, influential, and cross-disciplinary research on education policies that improve learning conditions across preK-20 systems and other educational settings.
Students in this program critically examine education policies and practices across diverse contexts such as schools, higher education institutions, research facilities, government bodies, and nonprofit organizations.

Applicants must fulfill the requirements of both the Graduate College and the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College.
Applicants are eligible to apply to the program if they have earned a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution or an international equivalent as determined by Graduate Admissions.
Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = A) in the last 60 hours of their first bachelor's degree program, or applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = A) in an applicable master's degree program.
