The Bachelor of Science in Engineering program equips graduates to work collaboratively across fields, creating solutions for real-world challenges. Throughout the program, learners utilize core engineering principles and design methodologies in hands-on projects each term.
Those pursuing the automotive systems concentration within the BSE program first establish a comprehensive engineering base, then acquire specialized expertise for vehicle design and evaluation. The coursework emphasizes automotive engineering essentials, covering powertrain technology and chassis system development alongside practical assignments that involve designing, evaluating, and constructing actual vehicle components.
Graduates from this specialization are prepared to lead in automotive engineering environments, particularly in vehicle testing and hybrid power systems, which inherently span multiple disciplines.
