The AU School of Communication's Master's program in Journalism and Public Affairs equips you for professional roles in news and information. You can specialize your studies in one of three tracks: Investigative Journalism, Broadcast Journalism, or International Journalism. Through collaborations with leading media organizations and impactful nonprofit news outlets, we provide exceptional fellowship opportunities. SOC houses the Investigative Reporting Workshop (IRW), an autonomous nonprofit newsroom where graduate students collaborate with experienced journalists to produce accountability-focused reporting on government and corporate sectors.
