The Master of Fine Arts in Illustration equips students with techniques to build professional portfolios showcasing work across diverse fields including Children's Books, Editorial content, Licensing, Packaging Design, Concept Art, Book Cover Illustration, Preliminary Sketches, Advertising campaigns, and Institutional Art projects. The curriculum covers both representational and stylistic methods for print and digital media. Graduates complete the program with a tailored portfolio reflecting their unique artistic voice in a chosen medium that meets industry standards.
The MFA in Illustration with a Comics concentration trains students to specialize in either independent Graphic Novel creation or Mainstream Comic production. Participants finish the program with a distinctive portfolio demonstrating their personal artistic approach while maintaining commercial viability.
