Predictive Modeling combines mathematical models, machine learning, and computational science to offer innovative approaches for simulating intricate systems and advancing technology and design.

Advances in computing capabilities and the availability of large datasets have expanded predictive modeling applications across various fields, from environmental studies and healthcare to materials engineering and geology. Our MSc program in Predictive Modeling and Scientific Computing trains the next generation of computational experts, preparing them to use computational methods for analyzing, formulating, and solving critical scientific and engineering challenges with broad societal impact.

Key coursework includes uncertainty quantification, predictive modeling, scientific computing, and machine learning, supplemented by three elective modules that allow students to tailor their studies.
