Broaden your understanding of sustainability while exploring the natural world through scientific research and hands-on learning in our BASc Life Sciences and Global Sustainable Development program. As you advance through the course, you'll select either a Biological Sciences or Ecology specialization, enabling you to focus on subjects aligned with your passions and professional goals.
Opting for this Life Sciences and Global Sustainable Development (GSD) degree means engaging with these critical questions every day.
Through Life Sciences studies, you'll acquire essential laboratory and analytical skills, applying them to contemporary challenges like climate change, social equity, and food systems. After your first year, you'll specialize in either Biological Sciences or Ecology, selecting coursework that matches your interests and career path.
