The English and German (BA) program offers a unique comparative literature approach for students interested in exploring German language and culture alongside English-speaking traditions, examining their connections and mutual influences.

This course delves into two vibrant and varied literary and cultural heritages.

Each academic year includes a mandatory German language component. First-year students encounter foundational and elective modules introducing English and German literature and culture.

During intermediate and final years, students can choose from all available English and German electives, covering diverse subjects from literary studies and critical analysis to cinema, social history, and gender studies.
