The BSc (Hons) in Children's and Young People's Nursing Practice is designed to provide both academic credentials and professional training for registration as a pediatric nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Under the guidance of expert nursing professionals, you'll gain the skills and assurance needed to care for children and adolescents with various health requirements.
This program combines crucial theoretical knowledge in pediatric nursing with interpersonal communication training for interacting effectively with young patients and their families.
Through strong partnerships with regional healthcare providers, we arrange practical placements where you can apply classroom learning. These clinical experiences will account for half of your time in this Children's Nursing program.

You must show evidence of recent academic study within the last five years at entry level. Please note, we don't accept General Studies AS or A Level.

The selection process will include an individual interview and a group activity which will assess you on your values, problem solving, and communication skills.
