In year two, you'll examine safeguarding through ethical case studies where you'll advocate for pediatric patients. Additionally, you'll analyze contemporary healthcare challenges and devise creative solutions to improve patient experiences. Utilize our Clinical Simulation Center, featuring realistic hospital wards and surgical suites, to train with advanced neonatal manikins and simulated patients. Complete 50% of your education through hands-on clinical rotations in settings including pediatric emergency rooms and the prestigious Great Ormond Street Hospital, guided by licensed professionals. Receive instruction from a diverse faculty of NHS veterans, many of whom conduct cutting-edge research in fields like oncology, neurodegenerative diseases, medical ethics, and patient-centered care.
