This community and youth work program enables you to enhance your practical skills while gaining theoretical knowledge, preparing you to become a certified (JNC) youth professional. The apprenticeship pathway provides a valuable hands-on approach to professional training. As an apprentice, you'll gain tailored practical experience to address your personal learning objectives while mastering the competencies outlined in the apprenticeship criteria, including the Level 6 National Occupational Standards for Youth Work and the leadership skills necessary for implementing inclusive youth work practices. Qualification Requirements

Applicants must hold Maths and English GCSE at a minimum of Grade C or numerical grade 4 to 9 (or equivalent). Students  need an overall score of 6.0, with at least 5.5 or higher in each component: reading, writing, listening and speaking.
