These research priorities are shaped by the broader policy landscape, particularly Scotland's educational focus on narrowing achievement gaps and promoting equity. Our themes tackle these challenges through diverse approaches. Students can pursue a one-year MPhil or opt for a three-to-four-year PhD program. Alternatively, the professional Doctorate of Education (EdD) offers structured pathways that integrate academic rigor with practical professional experience.
