This program is designed for engineering students seeking to enhance their professional skills. Participants might be pursuing chartered engineer certification or looking to specialize in a particular field after achieving this milestone. The adaptable, modular structure allows learners to take individual modules for skill-building or apply them toward earning a PGCert, PGDip, or MSc qualification (within specified timeframes and program requirements).With over 35 diverse modules available, students can customize their learning experience to meet their continuing professional development goals. Courses are offered both on-campus in Glasgow and through online platforms, providing flexibility in learning location.
A first or upper second-class Honours degree from a UK university, or overseas equivalent, in engineering or physical sciences, or equivalent professional qualification. A lower-class degree may be considered with relevant work experience. Consideration will be given to those from differing backgrounds based on their experience on a module by module basis. For students whose first language is not English, you must have a minimum of 6.5 IELTS score with no individual score lower than 5.5. TOEFL (ibt): 80 overall, with the following minimum scores in each component: Listening: 17 Reading: 18 Speaking: 20 Writing: 18
