This unique Human Rights and Diplomacy program stands as the sole global initiative delivered in collaboration with UNITAR, the premier United Nations training institution. Blending Law, Philosophy, and Political Science perspectives on human rights, this interdisciplinary curriculum explores both theoretical frameworks and practical applications of human rights legislation, UN mechanisms, their historical evolution, and philosophical underpinnings. Instruction comes from leading human rights scholars, complemented by hands-on UN training in document negotiation and impactful advocacy techniques.
All participants undertake a Geneva study trip to witness Human Rights Council proceedings firsthand. During the concluding trimester, exceptional candidates may secure prestigious internships, engage with human rights NGOs, or complete a conventional thesis project.
