This program was developed in collaboration with industry leaders. You'll master cutting-edge computer-aided analysis and design methods used in today's automotive sector. The curriculum provides hands-on experience with industry-standard software and hardware tools. Your theoretical knowledge of automotive engineering will be strengthened through practical implementation, whether through virtual simulations or hands-on work in our state-of-the-art automotive lab. The program includes eight specialized modules focusing on vehicle design, finite element analysis, advanced powertrain development, vehicle dynamics, and aerodynamics. You'll select a significant individual research project culminating in a written dissertation, allowing you to align your studies with your professional goals and personal interests.

Normal requirements are at least a UK second class honours degree or equivalent in a related engineering or technology discipline.
If you don’t meet the above but have significant appropriate experience, your application will be considered if you satisfy the University that you can respond to the challenge of postgraduate work.
