The PhD program begins with two parallel activities. First, you'll complete a condensed Postgraduate Certificate in Research Methods course to enhance your understanding of academic research methodologies. Second, you'll draft and finalize a comprehensive research proposal. Following this, you'll collaborate with your supervisors according to an established timeline, progressing toward your thesis submission. Active involvement in departmental activities - including attending events and presenting papers - is expected throughout. We'll support your professional growth by helping you acquire valuable skills and experiences. While we aim to offer teaching opportunities and conference/publication exposure, these cannot be guaranteed.
