Marine Biology focuses on advanced, research-driven studies encompassing marine molecular ecology, microbiology, and the ecology, evolution, development, and biology of marine organisms, from invertebrates to apex predators. The program explores diverse marine ecosystems, from deep-sea habitats to coastal estuaries, spanning tropical to polar regions. Students will be trained in state-of-the-art techniques for collecting and analyzing data from marine environments and their inhabitants.
The MMarBiol program integrates undergraduate and postgraduate studies into a comprehensive five-year curriculum, culminating in a Masters degree. This course is structured to strengthen research capabilities, equipping students for professional careers in scientific fields.
