The MLitt in Art History provides a broad spectrum of study areas, spanning from medieval art and architecture to modern performance art. Courses examine key themes and ideas that bridge various art historical eras. This program aims to - strengthen essential research and writing abilities, provide foundational and advanced understanding of art history's theoretical frameworks, and engage students with current critical discussions, artistic mediums, and contextual inquiries. The flexible curriculum enables both comprehensive exploration of thematic or methodological topics and specialized research directions. Intimate class settings foster peer dialogue and personalized instructor engagement.
