This program offers advanced study in Modern Languages (Arabic and Persian) and Management, focusing on research-driven learning where students explore how knowledge evolves and advances. Participants will develop skills in independent study, emphasizing curiosity, precision, and academic rigor. Spanning 48 months, it leads to a Master of Arts (Honours) degree. Like all St Andrews programs, it consists of credit-based modules, requiring 480 credits total—typically 120 per academic year. The initial two years combine mandatory program-specific courses with elective options (sometimes from other Faculties), while later years focus on specialized, research-oriented coursework. The first two years blend core subjects with diverse electives (potentially from other departments), followed by advanced, tailored studies in subsequent years.
