Gain expertise in aerospace design while mastering the management of its processes, teams, and budgets. You'll delve into various facets of aerospace engineering, covering the design and production of high-speed aircraft and spacecraft, before focusing on strategic planning and project leadership. This program prepares engineers to advance rapidly into pivotal roles in aerospace management. Aeronautics and Astronautics examines the science, engineering, and manufacturing behind aircraft and spacecraft, teaching you their operation both within Earth's atmosphere and in outer space. The MEng Aeronautics and Astronautics / Engineering Management curriculum begins with aerospace fundamentals before progressing to advanced topics, including business strategy, financial management, and team and project leadership.
In your third year, you'll undertake an independent research project. The fourth year involves a collaborative design initiative. You'll gain practical experience using our state-of-the-art facilities, which feature:
specialized student design studios and workshops

a jet lab equipped with supersonic ramjet, turbojet, and rocket engines
