The Food and Nutrition research team unites a diverse collective of academics, investigators, and doctoral candidates focused on food and nutrition studies within ScHARR's public health division. Our members include specialists in nutrition, dietary science, public health, sociology, data analysis, international health policy, psychology, and human geography. We possess extensive knowledge across various regions (including the UK, Europe, developing nations, and global contexts) and employ multiple research approaches (both qualitative and quantitative methods). This collaborative group was formed to advance scholarly exploration of the complex relationships between food systems, nutritional science, and societal factors.
