Gain essential skills and expertise for a profession focused on improving organizational and individual performance through our Work Psychology program. Graduates will be prepared to thrive in the evolving business world and create significant change.
Learn to implement psychological concepts in workplace settings to boost employee happiness, wellness, and overall performance. These sought-after competencies can be applied as an external business advisor or in internal HR positions.
Participate in interactive workshops that build core psychology capabilities like coaching, giving feedback, public speaking, using statistical tools, teamwork, and data organization. You'll also receive complimentary certification training to administer both cognitive and personality-based psychometric assessments.
In the final stage of the program, you'll complete a research project aligned with your interests in an actual company, refining your communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills. Recent student projects have investigated contemporary issues such as age bias among younger employees, the effects of remote work and digital meetings on productivity and mental health, and workplace disclosure practices regarding neurodiversity.
