Discover how psychology influences the workplace and acquire skills to boost organizational and employee effectiveness by implementing psychological concepts in professional settings. This program is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Develop specialized knowledge in Occupational Psychology through our MSc program, where you'll master applying psychological frameworks to elevate employee engagement, wellness, output, and efficiency in work settings. These competencies empower you as a consultant or team member to drive meaningful organizational change.

Engage in practical workshops designed to cultivate essential psychology competencies such as coaching, delivering constructive feedback, public speaking, statistical software application, collaborative teamwork, and data organization. You'll also receive free certification training to administer psychometric evaluations for both cognitive abilities and personality traits.

In the final phase, you'll complete a research project aligned with your professional interests within an actual company, refining your skills in communication, mediation, and project coordination. Past projects have investigated contemporary issues including generational bias among younger employees, the effects of remote work and digital conferencing on productivity and mental health, and workplace disclosure practices regarding neurodiversity.
